What does the diagnostic visit cost?
$95 + HST, and it is never lost. It's applied in full to your repair — or to a refurbished replacement if repairing doesn't make financial sense.
Will you honestly tell me if my appliance isn't worth fixing?
Yes — it's built into our model. Unlike repair-only companies, we don't lose the job when repair doesn't make sense. We'd rather put you in a warrantied refurbished unit than sell you a repair you'll regret.
What happens to my old appliance?
We haul it away free with any replacement, and where possible we restore it — keeping working appliances out of GTA landfills.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Yes. Every technician is licensed and insured. Gas and sealed-system work is performed by TSSA-licensed and ODP-certified partners.
How fast can you come?
We send a service person same-day or next-day across most of our service area — or on the day you prefer. Pick your window when you book.

- You choose. Your fee follows. Repair it: the $95 comes off your bill. Replace it: the same $95 becomes credit toward a refurbished unit — delivered, installed, old appliance hauled away free.
- Covered after we leave — 90-day parts & labour warranty on repairs and refurbished units. If something's wrong, we come back — no new fee.
- Pay after it works — e-transfer, debit, credit or cash, only once the job is done and tested.
